If there is no previous installation, a setup program will be started, prompting you for the administration login name, the administration password and the port to run the web administration on.
Login and Password
When you pick a password, make sure you write it down, in case you forget it. We have no means to retrieve the password for you! The password should not be left blank, as that would pose a severe security risk.
If you want to be able to remotely administer the server, your firewalls must be configured to allow outside computers to connect to the OctaGate Switch™ server through the port you chose. The default port is set to 19721.
