Domains

The first time you select the Domains menu you will see a page that looks like this. Press "Create new domain" to create your first domain!

After you've created a few domains, it might look something like this

On/Off
Indicates whether the domain is enabled or not. Clicking the light will toggle on/off.

Domain
The name of the domain.

Desc
Description of the domain. Purely for information purposes, this isn't used by OctaGate Switch™.

Target addr.
This is the address that requests for the domain will be forwarded to.

Host replace
This is the host that will be written in the request, in the host field.

In
This is the port that the domain will listen to connections on.

Out
This is the port that the domain will use to contact the server in "Target addr." when forwarding the request.

Log
Indicates whether the domain is logged or not. Clicking the light will toggle Log.

Def
Indicates whether the domain is default for the port or not. Clicking the light will toggle Def.

Edit
Clicking on Edit will move you to the Domains/Main page, with the domain selected, so you can edit it.

Server Cluster
Indicates if the domain uses a server cluster.

Up arrow / Down arrow
Use the up and down arrows to move a domain up or down in the list.

Remove
Remove will delete the domain from the list. This can not be undone! If you merely want to temporarily disable the domain, use On/Off instead.
